Please choose the appropriate payment from the drop down menu and then fill in the archer's name and club. When you click on the Add to Cart button above it will take you to the PayPal page. If you want to make a payment for more than one archer click on the Continue Shopping button (on the PayPal page) and it will bring you back to this page to add the details for the next archer. Click on the Add to Cart button again and when all archers have been added click on the Proceed to checkout button to complete payment. Your payment and entry will be acknowleged by the organiser.

Payment by cheque

If you wish to pay by cheque please make the cheque out to CSAA and post to the organiser.
