Car Parking
If you are
coming by car it may be necessary to double park to make best use of the available space. If the driver needs to leave
the site before the end of the event please tell the parking officals on entrance to the car park.
Registration
Registration, trophy return, information, results, toilets and first
aid will be in the pavillion at the left hand end of the shooting line. There is currently no bar in the pavillion.
Registration will open at 8am and archers must be registered by 8.30 when there is assembly.
Food
and drink
1st Tolworth Scout Group will be providing an all
day BBQ from about 8am. They will be able to offer you hot bacon butties before you start shooting, burgers and hot
dogs at lunch time, cold drinks all day and maybe even ice creams in the hot afternoon. The food tent will be near the
pavillion.
Additional Toilets
Although there
are plenty of toilets in the pavillion there will be 4 additional toilets directly behind the judges tent on the shooting
line. One of the toilets is suitable for disabled users.
Entertainment
FITA radio will be back again this year to entertain you with a range of pop music between ends. Music will
be provided by Stephen Tulley from Guildford Archers.
Live
on Line Leader Board
The leader board will be printed on paper as usual
and posted in the pavillion. It will also, for the first time, be live on line for those with 3G Smart Phones at:

Prizegiving will be in front of the pavillion
both days as soon as possible after final scores have been collected.
