Halloween Shoot 2017
The Halloween Shoot is on Sat 4th November 2017. This year it is a charity shoot and you can bring family and friends. The charity is LAM. Marie Jean's husband Paul tragically lost his sister last year to lung disease and we thought it would be wonderful if we both supported Paul and one of the lesser known charities for a change. We also have a Brucie bonus as the Bank that Paul works for has agreed to match pound for pound what we raise.
It will start at 10.00 am and will be open to family and friends. Please be ready to start on time and if you are bringing guests can you arrive between 9.15 and 9.30 so that we can organise their equipment. A donation from each participant would be appreciated and can be placed in Ted's cafe. Marie Jean has agreed to start selling raffle tickets over the coming weeks and prizes will be advertised and the draw will be made on first Saturday of the new year.
There will be another family and friends charity shoot on Boxing Day, our traditional Wapenshew. This dates back to servants on an estate showing their weapons to the the Lord of the Manor, which in this case is Kevin White, our Chairman.
